Noel was great to work with. She went above and beyond in helping us buy a new home and sell our home. Noel has a great knowledge in her market area on the buying and selling price. She was spot on for the buy and sell price of our homes. We had three offers first day with two of the three being cash and a back up offer for cash if needed. If you want want to hit a grand slam. We definitely recommend Noel Frost as your agent. Kathi and AL

Noel was wonderful to work with. She always took the time to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to make the whole situation as stress free as possible. I will not hesitate to work with her again when the time comes.

Noel was quick to respond to our inquiries. She provided professional marketing to promote our property. She is very experienced in selling lake property. It was a pleasure working with her.

Noel is a local (LaGrange County) realtor with extensive experience selling and assisting buyers with lakefront property in NE Indiana. We enlisted her help selling our lake home rather late in the season after working unsuccessfully with another brokerage for several months. Noel brought us several interested buyers and we wound up receiving a great offer, as well as a full-price back-up offer, and closed exactly five weeks after we signed with Noel. Not bad, in my book. I have purchased and sold real estate (personally) many times since 1983, and can attest to Noel's professionalism and attention to detail. She helped us enlist contractors to fix a few problems with the property, and our buyers were very happy with the result. I highly recommend Noel Frost to help you sell or find lakefront property in NE Indiana. She is great to work with, and brings a strong understanding of the market and the nuances of real estate to the table. We are VERY happy we went with Noel to sell our lake home.

Cynthia K.
